I usually only use a nutrient booster in flower cuz I use https://www.rollitup.org/organics/539844-subs-supersoil.html and it controls everything for me from PH to nutes the plants need in veg...I do use a 14-24-24 in bloom cuz they want more P and K but you still need a good amount of N to keep...

Improper PH levels...possibly too cold...something's locking out P and they're not liking it...JMO...good luck
