Yeah I’m in my second week of flower, freaked out a little as well lol that’s why I came to this forum. But I lowered the intensity to 40%, light sits about 24 in from top now and par meter reads just under 500. Definitely won’t be running this light that high again. Thanks for the help

That’s what I thought. Much appreciated, i dimmed down the intensity to 40%. See how she reacts the next few day. Would you say this is like a mild case of it? I have seen worse on other threads. Just don’t want to damage my plant any further. Also new to growing so any advice helps here.
