I had some bugs first on my sunflowers then on my jalapeños then to the weed but I have been consistently spraying

I had just sprayed with Neem oil.

I have three plants and three varieties. They’re all about the same size and are just starting to bud. Out here in CAli June 1 is the outdoor start date. A friend suggested I use watered down molasses for the bloom stage. I’m switching to Fox Farms Buds and Blooms along with Big Bloom. TIA...
