It is cold here but I keep them inside my workshop in a window

An update on the flower plant I let it grow.its growing very slowly.need to change dirt I think.

Hello newbie here, i started 2 plants for myself,my question is on one plant it has what looks like a white flower that opened up w/about 3 or 4 pods hanging from it there are other pods also just not open,have never heard of it before. And ideas?
