whats up my name is Ndica and this is my first grow. workin with an afghan sativa hybrid. keeping mothers in soil flowering in a 3' by 4' ebb and flow tray. 400w MH for veg 400w HPS for flower. any info helps

ive got a couple afghan sativa hybrids (seedlings) that r stretching pretty bad. i moved them closer to my walmart led grow lights,but i think the damage is done. should i start over? (1.5weeks old)
