thanks alot everyone for your positive comments, i know what u mean thelynx about the temperature thing, my friend was doing a grow at the same time as me, same sort of set up but he used a 400 watt hps, he had major probs with temp and even burnt one of his plants, i went with cfl's not only...

cheers for all your positive comments people :D, this bud gets you blasted, its proper strong, and yeh it does stink, alot lol. Dry weight was 29.8 grams so i lost alot but man, this bud is strong, i thoroughly recommend BB x NL as a first grow strain, its really hardy and produces some huge...

Hey peeps, i finished my first grow the other night, it was quite successfull i think but i had to chop a couple of days early due to mould :(. I vegged for 5 weeks flowered for 9, it was in bcuzz soil with bcuzz nutes, i used a 150watt blue spec cfl for veg and a 250watt red spec for flowering...

ive cropped now, all buds are hanging to dry, 142 grams wet, aint too bad for a first grow under cfl's :D, ill post some pics soon. cheers people.

had another look today guys, im sad to say it is bud rot :(:(:(, some of the affected areas are starting to go dark and sort of blackish under the webbing, what shall i do?????

oh btw i worked it out ive been flowering 9 weeks tomo, today is day 62 :)

the soil is really wet and yeh im gonna cure em properly in glass jars :)

quick question people, ive only been flushing for a week but ive smoked some more of the bud i clipped last night and im positive its ready now, its got me really blasted and i checked under the microscope and there are more amber trichs than i thought, do you think it will be ok to chop tomo...

Cool man sounds good :), how much did u get off it? I was quite shocked that the bud i clipped weighed 4.2 wet and just over a gram dry lol :confused:

just leave it, it will drop off the fan leaves naturally after it has used the nutes from each of them. Fan leaves contain no thc or the like so they are for the bin, or if your feeling artistic my mate gets canvasses and paint and makes cool pics while hes high lol! :D

Ive heard that plants cant ingest sugars through there roots and it can cause a build up of harmfull bacterias when the sugar starts to break down, im not gonna do anything to my plant along those lines, just crop, cure and smoke. Btw people that bud got me blasted last night so might crop...

well its a mostly indica strain so ill go for a few more amber ones i think :), maybe another 5 days or so.

ive cropped a bit to see whats it like, its drying out right now, heres a pic, dont laugh at my trimming skills coz wasnt too sure how to do it lol.
