What sized pots will they be in.. and 150w total sounds kinda low to me. I don't see the light being bright/penetrating for that many plants, any ideas what you would do for extra lighting?

HID is the way to go for flowering, temps will be tough but if you have 6' height then shorter plants should be alright, especially if it is cooler in your region. For a 2x4 space I'd say use the 400w HPS. One thing I can say is to have the inline fan pull as much air thru the hood as possible...
