can anyone tell me whats going on here? its starting to happen more often.

Ive also noticed the just now. after topping my plant it seems as of its not growing correctly. Is there anything i can do about this?

Ive used organic soil recommended by my friend. Ive just given it its first proper feeding. Im planning to get a bigger pot tmrw. Ive also noticed little critters on the plant now. I will try to get a picture up with in the next hour or so.
