I have 4 ladies under a 400w HPS, with two, 4 foot 2 tube CFL ballasts standing vertical on both sides of them, as well as a 10.0 uvb CFL bulb sitting on top of one of the ballasts. Canopy temps are around 85-88 degrees since they about 8-12 inches away and humidity is always low around 20-35%...

Looks good! Those 2 shoots will eventually grow out and form the top of the plant. No new shoots will be forming from where you cut.
