Fluorescents seem to work great for keeping veggies healthy for as long as you want as long as you don't go under 20 on and no more than 4 hours off. Keep it a comfortable cool distance from veggies and you won't be disappointed.

you can't go wrong with single seed centre either. Who else has almost 500 really good and rare hard to find strains. Nirvana is my second choice but their seeds aren't quite as plump or colorful as single seed centre's. Keep an eye on them out of the moist paper towel daily so they don't shoot...
