Is this ok for almost 3 weeks old auto flower looks small to me ?

I didn't get the dry and cure exactly but the feeling is loosened my shoulder stress almost instantly deep relaxing feeling hunger and slept like a rock. I have a problem not drying long enough lol hopefully will be better tasting this next time.

What are the rust spots? And will it effect my flowers? I used tiger bloom 2 times but im only using Dr Earth from now on i think dry fertilizer is safer for me as it's my first plant. I use dechlorinated tap water. Didnt ph my tiger bloom and stopped cal mag a couple weeks ago.
