Thank you For every ones input. This is a great forum. This is my first grow and have learned a lot just reading different posts.

The medium is just Compost and peat moss. Past year there hasn't been any fish since a heron decided to have lunch one day. Only thing going in is rain water.

I have been using rain water For my plants. I had a koi pond that I am taking out. I emptied and cleaned the liner. Right now it is just collecting rain water. Is it ok to used the water for my plants? I add Foxfarm Big Bloom to the water.
