Your soil is perfect. Stop pHing your solution. The mycos will regulate everything. I would flush then water with a ewc "tea". Just a little ewc (sprinkle in water), if it is quality, the beneficials will multiply from the aeration.

You don't have to let the water sit for 24hrs. The chlorine will react with any organic matter. I simply fill a 5 gallon bucket, toss a little coco or molasses in there and bubble for a few hours.

I soak it in water for 24hrs then strain.

For veg I prefer 12-1 ( 12on - 5.5 off - 1on- 5.5 off). I have tried 18/6 and 24/0.
