I only just misted it but it was too much because the leaves were drooping. I didn't water for 4 days and they stopped drooping But now they are twisted. Is this overwatered? Any advice on how to correct it?

I was planning on feeding plain water for 2 weeks. Starting maybe next week?? What do you guys think?
