3x3 tent lighting?

Was intending to hook up a my HID light fixture today with the 400 watt bulb I had and the ballast that I got in the mail today. LED lighting for my 2x4x6 grow tent?
I am starting my first grow box here shortly. I plan on buying a 2x4x6 grow tent and Phlizon 600 watt LED grow light. Would this light work fine for me? Should I get another light for flowering? Watering with fish tank water?
I’m starting an indoor grow tent, 2x4x6. I have a 60 gallon fish tank with an Oscar that poops a lot lol. I’ve read online people saying that it can be a good idea to use fish water as it will help fertilize. If I do this, should I be using water soluble ferts less? Or cut them out all together...
