I have been running autos in the light cycle 18 / 6 in a dwc system, they are now in flower, do i continue with the light cycle or do i switch to 12/12?

Repotting autoflower in early flowering, will this cause a drastic shock? For how long will they be stunted? Or shall i avoid it, pots are just one liter bottles -.- it's dwc also planning on upgrading to bigger pump while replanting.
