Unknown time in flowering grown in coco synth nutes, you guys think I should start flushing?

Hello, I went on vacation for a week and had someone watering my plants, they are still in veg and when I came back all the tops have deformed new growth and some are yellowing from the top. Whats going on here? Coco mixed w soil.
