at first i thought i had sulf def but the more time goes by i think its russet mites. What is a Proven and safe way to get rid of these fuckers?

Is this sulfur def? and if soo how do i fix it? epsom salt? any help is appreciated. the only thing she is feed is miracle grow every 7 to 10 days. and sprayed with organicide 3 to 1 dilute every 14 days.
