My plant has been in flower for one week, my light schedule is set to 8 am - 8 pm, i woke up in middle of night and noticed light had come on during its 12 hour of darkness, checked the timer and somehow accidentally switched the times, light came on for 4 hours during its 12 hour darkness, I’ve...

I have my plant on its 12/12 light schedule but the times I had it set up for are not the best times, 3pm on and 3am off, if I wanted to change that light schedule to say maybe 8am on and 8 pm off is that possible without harming the plant ?
