Wondering if any experienced auto growers could give some input on whether to start autos in the final pot or start them in solo cups. I started my first 3 autos in cups and transplanted due to space issues and they seemed alright but this time around I can do whatever.

I've had some grasshoppers eating my leaves but now I think they might have gone after the stem? Or is it a whole different issue entirely? help haha.
