My clone tank is crusted with salt because i used an old pump and it was packed with salt,so now my ph in the tank(after me washing it out a few time) is at somthing like 10 !!!any ideas on how to get rid of the salt??

Ive had this problem before with soil,i think its an overdose,its only happening to this strain,im growing two types,Stawberry cough and white widow,their all in a 20 pot drip system,so one resivoir,the SC takes a low dose in nutrients and the WW takes a large dose,so i tried to meet it half...
