My timer was tampered with and my plants got light during the dark side of the 12 /12 light cycle for about an hour until I noticed. How dose this affect my plants? Is this bad?

got a plant that looks great but it lost all its fan leaves. they turned yellow with brown spots and fell off..... and its all budd now but not enough red hairs. the budd looks good though... tons of white hairs still though. Been flowering 2months and a 1 week Its mystery seed so no idea on...
