Will i be able to keep a couple mother plants under t 5's? If so how tall can i allow them to be and could i still grow the clones off the lights as well as keep mother plants

Is there a deficiency in this plant or am a i paranoid?

Is it also normal for the two leaves that come out with the cotyledons to also turn yellow then brown and die off?

Are the first leaves also suppose to die off like cotyledons ?
