thats my plant aerogarden grow the yellow small leaves are the newest fan leaves on top and ive noticed yellow malformed spots on other leaves as well, i was thinking maybe a nute burn? should i flush reservior and put regular water in for a week? anything helps any input is appreciated

I got a 2-3 week old plant from bag seed, the guy who gave me the stuff claimed it was trainwreck...the stuff was really good, but can i expect it to be trainwreck or you think he just bsin me...but i guess another question is if the bag that you got the seed out of was good does that = good plant?
