Hi plan to grow in rockwool but the one i got is in long slabs. Can I part it in pieces to fit in the pots? and would u press it to be tight or just let it be quite loose? and second question, I got a room of 160x250 cm with 4x600 w lamps. How many plants would u put ? I got 11 liters...
