Does anyone think that my droopy plants are because of not having an air in? If so do I need to have the air in directly from outside?

I just put 12 clones under 1000 watts like 4 days ago and there growing good but they are a little droopy I was just wondering what this could be from. maybe shock from transplant, or too cold for small plants at night, or no fresh air getting into the room. If any one could help that would be...
