My Light bulb went out and I cant get a light until tomorrow would it affect my crop if I leave them in the dark? Would it help if I let light in from out side?

Am on my 3rd week of flowering and I've noticed these little balls that have orange pistils coming out. When I opened one of the balls there seemed to be a undeveloped seed..here's a picture of what it looks like..[/URL][/IMG]
