Will rain cause trics to turn cloudy?

I have one plant out of four that on the newest leaves are displaying some curling issues. Or more exactly folding issues. The leaves are folding in on themselves from the serrated edges toward the center of the leaf rather than curling in from the tips like we see normally. Any ideas?
