Hey guys I’ve just ordered 2x meijiu 240w, How high do you hang your lights at in flower? I’m a bit worried because I have low head room and I’ve read that these lights can be very intense, I’ve been using parabolic hps which u can get the lights pretty close. Thanks

whats the reason for the red lights? Is it worth payin the extra for them?
