Card came today, pleasant surprise. For some reason my doctor or his staff placed a dispensary already on my application, so when I went to the one near me they said I would have to wait 24 hours. What a let down.

New here but have been lurking for a month. I saw Dr Footerman end of May, and was submitted online by his office. Timeline 6-12-18 Submitted 8-22-18 Letter stating Dr Cert missing (Letter stated due by 8-20?? I must now time travel it seems) 8-22-18 PM letter emailed to state by Dr Footerman...
