    Check your online account for provisional access. I was approved Friday or Saturday and out of curiousity I checked if I was granted provisional and to my luck there was a letter to print off!

    I don't believe they started the opioid alternative program as of yet. When I submitted my application online at the beginning of November it said not to apply if you're looking for the Opioid Alternative program. I wouldn't give up yet, there's still hope.
