It’s coco. Letting it dry would be the worst thing I could do.

I’ve checked all over, no sign of pests. Also been measuring runoff ph and it’s been steady at 5.8-5.9 each time. Idk what’s going on, seems that for now only one of the two plants is having issues and they’re both watered from same source every time. I’m stumped.
