I'm not sure as I've never used them before. I did pretty well with 10s but want to grow fewer plants and let them really go. I plan to SCROG the ones I put into the 30s, which will be my first time for doing that as well. I'll know more when harvest comes and I'll update here. Cheers, -- Don
