I am getting these seeds formed at the nodes. Is this common ? I don’t have any males around

I am growing weed outdoors in Pakistan need some help the seeds were imported from Canada planted in January unfortunately I am now getting seeds even though there are no males around. Can anyone help me identify if this is some genetic default in the seed or is the female getting wild pollen.
