Hey, My plant roots are looking really unhealthy, a dark brown color has invaded every part of the root. But the plants look healthy as hell. Is this algae? Or is this just fertilizer? I have already tried a low dosage of hydrogen peroxide. Comments? Thanks Al

Hmm, thanks for all the input... I think it might come down to the fact that its pretty cold up here in berkeley, it can get down to 50s in my garage and that can easily stunt growth. As far as the lighting, I think its cool because I have 2 24w 5200k CFLs on each plant about 2 inches away...

Damnit I was hoping I found a new strain of herb that flowers as a seedling haha.. I was using one 2 ft standard shoplight four about 5 plants (was not enough light). I just put up some 24W CFLs. Each plant has 1-2 CFLS on them, and within 12 hours they I have already seen about 2-5 percent growth.
