I have two plants growing right now that are 3.5 weeks they started out strong but in the last 5 days the leaves have started to droop, turn brown, curl at the end and dry out. my soil is damp, the light isnt too close..i dont know whats goin on. i would post pics but my computer doesnt accept...

I was wanting to purchase seeds from a website but obviously I have doubt about buying such a thing online. If anyone knows a good site, or a good method to go about getting seeds online it would really help me out!!
