Missing the obvious? Why is a reservoir needed? If no space.

I was kinda worried about that too so what I did is after week 4 I switch the pump from one outlet side to the other every week and so far I've never had a roots clogging the water flow or any water leveling issues with the other bins. Plus I have a mesh screen covering my pump just in case.

The 17gal bins work great no issues at all. I use them for my UC set up

    Lollipopping before flowering?

They're not to small to defoliate he actually should defoliate for the plant to refocus it's energy to the bud sites.

    Lollipopping before flowering?

They'll be ready in 9 weeks just don't hold your breath on a huge yield. Think sog grow minus the extra plants at this point.

is multiple plants in the same pot a bad idea

Done that too much work. These will give me more yield than any of your 4 plants guaranteed! Don't knock it until you try it.

is multiple plants in the same pot a bad idea

For me the bags are no maintenance compared to having to refill co2 canisters all the time. $30/bag and last up to 9 months it works for me.

is multiple plants in the same pot a bad idea

Get yourself 17 gal storage bins cut the top for 15 slots with 3in net pots. Do the nutrient math with 15 gals of water and you'll have 60 plants in a 4x4 without any issues.
