Did you notice that these are thin weak stems out of the bottom where the main stem is hard with thick skin?

The first picture is a plant with a broken main stem, and I am only left with the small side stems at the bottom. I tried to feed it, but it is still the same. Can this be saved? I just want it to produce pollens. I don't have the main stem anymore. I am only left with these small side...
