I've read you want to spec your exhaust fan such that you refresh the air at least every minute. Should the exhaust fan be running 24/7? Only when the light is running? Only when needed to maintain temperature? Thanks!

Don't use FedEx or UPS. Their terms & conditions allow them to search your packages without your consent. USPS has to have your consent to search the package. Google it if you are curious.
