These 2 plants are still not flowering (northern lights) but my other 2 are , different strain, should I move them to a different location were it gets less sun???

Its not bird shit,it looks like wet tissue,i cant believe i cant find anything on it,i put it under a scope and it looks like something hatched!lol IDK! LOL!

Hi,I have some buds drying in my garage and happend to look at them with a loupe and i see some white hairs on them ,my first thought was mold but the tiny hairs look like those cat 9 tails that float around! Anbody know anything about these ???? There not trichomes or pistols either.
