Hemp isn't tottly a pot plant , once it matures it looks like one but it has next to nothing for THC so it isn't worth smoking to get high or pain relife

giving the 48 hours of dark can make sure that the plant has no nutes in it , when its dark time the plants have the foods in their roots. When you crop in tottle darkness the plant won't have a chance to start to takeup any nutes and it should give you a nicer smoke.:leaf:

its still up for debate what is better , I would sad 48 but when you harvest make sure the plant gets no light when harvesting it:leaf:

I've read up on hemp and it says that for 1 acer of hemp its like growing 2 to 3 acers of trees for the same amount of product

strawberries , tabaco plants , hearbs if you can get your hands on hops plants , grapes for wine just go to your local store and find what you can grow in your own place and what would give you the best money back.
