Did you notice your stem was flat near the top before you toped? Ive had two in the past and near the top the stems would go flat.But it looks to me like heat stress could be wrong.

You will be able to pick the seeds out but it take ages picking them out and you will not get much yield what light you useing ? Seems about week 4-5 rather than 7, try always get good seeds from well known breeders or clones Or can be a big waste of time and cost. Not sure about your pot size...
