If you're wanting something safe for Flower I would look into Flying Skull Nuke em and Dr. Zymes. Both are expensive but will control most pest including Aphids and are great for Powdery Mildew. Or like Mandocat said, if you're wanting a more natural approach you could order ladybugs off...
