bio bizz all mix, viparspectra p2000 at 24 inches dimmer set to about 80%, temps range from 21-26 degrees c, 50-57% humidity, one ml per litre of bio grow every 3rd watering

im giving it bio grow every 3rd watering as it is my first time growing and i didnt want to over-do the nutrients

random seed i got from some bud i purchased, tips starting to burn and go yellow/orange any help? pics included im using bio bizz all mix and watering every 2 days or so
