Can someone tell me to be patient?

Today I noticed there are a couple of sugar leaves that have died. I pried open the bud to remove it and noticed this brown colour. Are you able to tell me if this brown discolouration is something of concern? It is only where the sugar leaf had died, its not slimy and the stem still looks healthy.

Can someone tell me to be patient?

So, had minor change of plans when I realised how much work my carbon filter was doing. Like they smell a bit sometimes, but this was like holy fuck! Why am I even doing this in my situation . I WFH and the guy looked like someone who would be hitting lines on his phone while playing pool at...

Seedlings 3 weeks old, receiving 6 hours of direct sunlight a day on the roof

Yes it would be helpful if he gets it to a stage where it can handle it. Maybe by removing it from the heat of the roof and regular watering, which was my point the whole time. If the amount of light was an issue it would be a leggy seedling that falls over with the wind.

Seedlings 3 weeks old, receiving 6 hours of direct sunlight a day on the roof

As I said at the start, heat or watering most likely. Could be cold at night, nutrients or a multitude of things. Not receiving a full day of sunlight is not the issue.

Seedlings 3 weeks old, receiving 6 hours of direct sunlight a day on the roof

Yeah I do notice the fact that he forgot to add seedling to the google search, as did you. I get that OP is making some mistakes but giving bad advice is even worse when you guys should know better. The amount of sunlight is not the issue here!

Seedlings 3 weeks old, receiving 6 hours of direct sunlight a day on the roof

So google results like this? Seedlings intended for outdoor growing should be kept by a sunny window for the first week or two after emerging from the soil. When they have grown their second or third set of serrated leaves (after the the round cotyledons that initially emerge from the seed)...

Seedlings 3 weeks old, receiving 6 hours of direct sunlight a day on the roof

When I say mistak When I say I made mistakes, I mean massive mistakes. I should have given up, but didn't. Here are some pictures from April, June and now. Some will finish a grow in a 6 months for a monster crop, I've got a few weeks to go. I had heat issues, not enough nutrients...

    Purple bud leaves

This might be a possibility. But without knowing the strain it's hard to know. Any signs to look out for to differentiate between normal colouring and bad colouring?

Seedlings 3 weeks old, receiving 6 hours of direct sunlight a day on the roof

Good luck. I'm only finishing my first grow now. I've messed up more times than I can count. But they are called "weed" for a reason and sometimes mistakes need to be made to work things out.

    Purple bud leaves

I was thinking it could be a light + heat issue. The new hairs and little bumps are all over even on the lower parts of the plant.

Seedlings 3 weeks old, receiving 6 hours of direct sunlight a day on the roof

Depending on where you are 6hrs direct sunlight can be too much for a young seedling. Even in a cool climate a roof will absorb and radiate heat that can be too excessive for a seedling. Particularly if the soil is heated. Rain can be both too much and not enough for a seedlings survival...

Seedlings 3 weeks old, receiving 6 hours of direct sunlight a day on the roof

I am in no way experienced, but it all seems like a horrible idea. Read up on some basics, there is the whole internet out there for you to explore.

    Purple bud leaves

Hi everyone, summer is fast approaching and I have no way to control temps and humidity. Room is getting to highs of 29c with 60% humidity. It's not ideal. Two different unknown strains. Growing in soil and feeding with a little PK boost every week or so. Lights are Mars tsw2000 and vipar...

    Jalapeños

If it's a runny syrup once cooled it's probably not an issue and she obviously knows what she's doing. As a cook, I tend to think about the science behind it. I'd be concerned about over cooking it if the sugar syrup gets too hot. Boiling water = 100c Boiling sugar = >100c up to fire...

    Jalapeños

Interesting way to do it. Is she trying to slow your consumption down? Lol Have ya done this before or a new trial? I had to search what they are, but I've got heaps of general cooking knowledge. I'm interested in how you would add it to it? Fine powder, pre done oil extract or just chunks...

Can someone tell me to be patient?

Not a montage, but best quote to apply to any difficult situation.... "It's the way she goes boys. Sometimes she goes, sometimes she doesn't." a trailer park boys montage would be hilarious.

Can someone tell me to be patient?

I think I'll just pack em up and turn my spare room back into a messy "junk"storage room with my fishing rods and snow boarding gear. Prick of a job packing down and setting up in a 24hr period. With the smell I'll just do a heap of washing bed sheets etc with fabric softener and hang in the...

Can someone tell me to be patient?

I love it when people make me 2nd guess myself. It's gonna be a bit of work. That's basically what I did with my property inspection. But my mate was overseas at the time and left his 4wd here and there's no way they'll fit in a Suzuki swift
