Your plants are stretching just a wee bit. there shud be no stem inbetween the cotyledon and set of leaves. Dont be afraid to lower your lights. CFL's wont burn them. You can get them a good 2-3 inches away from the top of your plant with fluros. Lower those lights to prevent further stretching.
