Been growing this for abt 4 months or so & I’m starting to see this yellow ish tone on my tips & edges, any advice on why ?

I’m curious as to why my leaves are looking like this ? I recently been using a Prozap insect guard which is air born to bugs & insects & diatomaceous for my soil which, I’m thinking it could be that but I’m not to sure any advice?

I was curious, when my lights go out is it fine to keep a fan or 2 going or no ?
