Is that a HPS light? If so, you might want to consider switching to CFL, at least for the veg phase. That will deal with the immediate temp problem and it's better for veg anyways. Check out this thread on CFL vs HPS vs Fluro...

It seems like many plants develop curled leaves. If the temp is above 80, lower the temp, mist it a few times, and keep hot lights away.

CFL prolly isn't good for larger grows, but I think this expiriment proved it's the way to go for small setups. If you're getting into large amounts of plants you're obviously serious about growing and can deal with all the issues with HPS and MH.

It's kind of hard to understand what you're asking, but I don't think the biggest plant is ready to bud. You should notice little calyxes ("hairs") forming lower down on the plant before it goes into flowering stage.

Leaves don't have much THC to get you high off of. You have to smoke a lot to feel anything, and that's bad for your lungs, plus it's a little harsh. The best thing to do is make hash out of it. You can find tons of info on making hash using the search function.
