so should i not put in the flowering nutes and only use half strength veg

its not ht elower fan leaves that are dyning its the big ones at the tops that are turnig yellow and curling under and cupping... i am hearing it could be a N def...... and i got the suggestion to ad veg nutes to pick it up a bit......
