Bro. You definitely need more than one light. you have 3000 lumen on it but you should probably have 8-10k lumen on it. I would suggest two more 33 watt bulbs or a couple of 42 watt bulbs. Last time my friend grew with not nearly enough light and the buds are really undense so good luck, but...
